I changed the PSU, MOBO and SSD. I tested the RAM with memtest86 (Crucial Ballistix 3600, no problems), the GPU (Aorus master RTX3070) was tested at Scan through 4 hours of Cyberpunk. Odd behaviour too, handles extreme P95 loads fine, but 30m Cinebench R20 tests will usually trigger either a single WHEA-19 warning, or a reboot + a trio of WHEA-18 errors. Bumping VSOC from 1.1v (Stock at 1800 FCLK on my C6H) to 1.1125v fixed the issue completely.
