WebMay 23, 2024 · I decided to buy this set to upgrade the quality of my cookware. It's heavy and looks great like high end should. However while using them I realized they do a very poor job of heat distribution. Using a gas stove, the outer edges heat up and stay way hotter then the middle of the pan.
