WebDec 7, 2009 · I have a 2003 Laramie. I did the heater core flush and it fixed the issue. Got a good slug of gunk out and now it blows hotter than ever. Easy to do, disconnected the hoses on the passenger side of the engine, just had to remove the air cleaner and the hoses were easily accessible. No need to remove the hoses at the firewall.
